For SaaS outbound teams
Volume off your primary domain.
Reply rate intact.
Your product, billing and support mail keep their reputation. Cold outbound runs on a warmed lookalike fleet with its own IP and signing keys — provisioned by us, plugged into your sequencer.
The risk
Why cold volume can't live where your product mail lives
Your primary domain is not expendable
Transactional mail, product emails, investor updates — all of it rides on your main domain's reputation. One aggressive cold campaign from it can put your actual product emails in spam.
Workspace seats weren't built for this
Google Workspace pools your reputation with every other sender and suspends accounts that look like bulk cold mail. At ~£10–14 a seat, it's also the expensive way to get suspended.
DIY infrastructure eats engineering time
Your engineers could stand up servers, DNS and warmup tooling — but that's sprint time spent on plumbing instead of product. We run the plumbing for £2.50 a mailbox.
The fleet
How sending works without touching your brand
Lookalike domains, not your own
We buy domains adjacent to your brand — a flat £10 a year each, owned by you. Cold volume sends from those; your primary domain never appears in a cold campaign.
A dedicated IP and your own signing keys
Your fleet sends from its own IP, signs with its own DKIM keys, and bounces and tracks on its own domains. None of the reputation receivers score is shared with other customers, so nobody else's mistakes touch yours.
Warmup before a single prospect email
Every mailbox ramps for 14–21 days before handover. Sending caps are enforced per mailbox after that, so the fleet stays inside limits that keep replies landing.
Replies flow to the people selling
Mailboxes plug into Instantly or Smartlead, and interested replies route back to your reps. Prospects see a real inbox, not a noreply.

FAQ
What outbound teams ask us
Does sending from lookalike domains hurt reply rates?
No — it protects them. Prospects reply to the mailbox that emailed them, and your reps answer from there or move the thread to your main domain once a conversation starts. What kills reply rates is landing in spam, which is what sending cold volume from a pooled or burned domain does.
Will this put our main domain at risk at all?
Your primary domain is never used for cold sending and none of its DNS is touched. The lookalike fleet is the only thing exposed — and if a domain in it burns, it gets paused and swapped automatically.
How many mailboxes do we need?
It depends on your target volume. With enforced caps, a rough rule is one mailbox per 20–30 cold emails a day. Tell us your monthly target on the early-access form and we'll come back with a mailbox count and domain split.
Can we bring our existing cold-email domains?
Yes, free. We migrate existing domains and mailboxes, re-point DNS, and replace anything too burned to keep with fresh, warmed stock.
