The setup
Domains, DNS and mailboxes,
provisioned for you
You tell us the volume. We buy the lookalike domains, set the DNS, create the mailboxes on your dedicated IP, warm everything up and hand over logins ready for your sequencer.
The pipeline
What actually gets built
- 1
Domains
Lookalike domains, sourced and bought
We find domains adjacent to your brand — clean history, sensible TLDs — and buy them on your behalf at a flat £10 a year each. You own every one of them. Your real domain never sends a cold email.
- 2
DNS
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and tracking, set correctly
Every domain gets its authentication records set before it sends anything: SPF scoped to the sending server, DKIM keys generated and published, DMARC in place, and a tracking subdomain so opens and clicks don't route through a shared tracker.
- 3
Sending
Mailboxes on a dedicated IP
Mailboxes send from an IP that only you use, sign with your own DKIM keys, and bounce and track on your own domains. No shared pools — the reputation receivers score is yours alone from the first message.
- 4
Warmup
14–21 days of managed warmup
Volume ramps daily against real inboxes and nothing is handed over early. A mailbox that skips warmup lands in spam, which defeats the point of paying for infrastructure.
- 5
Handover
Logins, ready for your sequencer
Credentials export ready for Instantly or Smartlead. Sending caps stay enforced per mailbox after handover, and monitoring keeps running in the background.
The details
The parts most providers skip
- Domains at a flat £10 a year — you own them outright
- A dedicated IP per customer, never shared
- Dedicated IPs assigned to your fleet only
- Tracking subdomain per domain, not a shared tracker
- Warmup schedule managed for you, no tooling to run
- Mailbox credentials delivered in bulk, import-ready
FAQ
Setup questions, answered
How long does setup take end to end?
Domains, DNS and mailboxes go up within days of ordering. Warmup is the long pole at 14 to 21 days, so from order to sending is typically around three weeks. Migrations from an existing provider can be faster where warmed domains carry over.
Who owns the domains and mailboxes?
You do. Domains are bought on your behalf at a flat £10 a year, and mailbox credentials are handed to you. If you leave, everything transfers out with you — no lock-in, no exit fee.
Which sequencers do you support?
Logins export ready for Instantly and Smartlead, and any tool that accepts standard SMTP/IMAP credentials will work. If you run something else, tell us on the early-access form.
Do I have to do any DNS work myself?
No. Because the domains are bought and managed for you, all the records — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, tracking — are set on our side. You never touch a DNS console.
