Pricing questions
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time. When you leave, your domains and mailbox credentials transfer out with you — no exit fee, no lock-in.
What exactly does the per-mailbox rate cover?
Everything except the domains themselves: mailbox creation, your own dedicated sending IP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and tracking DNS, the 14–21 day warmup, blacklist monitoring across 90+ lists, automatic pause-and-swap for burned domains, enforced sending caps, and login export for your sequencer.
How are domains billed?
A flat £10 per year each, whatever we pay — no per-TLD surprises and no exchange-rate creep. They're bought on your behalf and owned by you from day one.
How many domains and mailboxes do I need?
Rule of thumb: 3 mailboxes per domain and about 20 cold sends per mailbox per day. So 2,000 prospects a month on a 3-step sequence needs roughly 15 mailboxes across 5 domains. The calculator on this page does the arithmetic for any volume, and during onboarding we sanity-check the sizing with you.
When does the £2.00 rate apply?
From the 200th mailbox onward. Mailboxes 1–199 stay at £2.50 and every mailbox from the 200th is £2.00, so your bill only ever goes up as the fleet grows — adding a mailbox never costs you more than it earns.
Do you charge for setup or migration?
No. Provisioning, DNS, warmup and migration from another provider are all included in the mailbox rate.
